Bell have been creating high quality fibreglass helmets since their inception in the late 1950’s, and the Custom 500 shares both the material and styling with its predecessors. The Bell Custom 500 features a hardwearing tricomposite fibreglass outer shell with a multi-density EPS lining, designed to withstand a variety of impacts in an accident scenario. The shell of this retro open face helmet is offered in five shell sizes, maximising comfort by eliminating any unnecessary padding and ensuring a comfortable, low profile fit for the helmet.

The interior of the helmet features genuine leather and brushed suede for a plush interior that you’ll be happy to spend thousands of miles in. This interior is antibacterial to prolong the fresh new helmet feeling, helping to wick away moisture and combat any odour. Like many classic bike helmets, the Bell Custom 500 features a tried and tested double-D ring closure system for a secure reliable closure system in keeping with the vintage style.
