The future is here! The RST Single Layer Kevlar Jeans are, as the name suggests, a single layer of denim and Kevlar. Offering style and security in one neat package, these Kevlar motorcycle jeans should be an essential in every biker’s wardrobe.

Rather than add Kevlar reinforcement at impact areas such as the outer hips and backside, the RST Single Layer jean features a denim outer construction that is pre-woven with genuine DuPont Kevlar, offering complete abrasion resistance throughout the entirety of the jean. This not only great improved the protection of these motorcycle jeans but also helps reduce the bulk and breathability issues of multiple layers. As if complete Kevlar protection wasn’t enough, you’ll also find CE approved level 1 hip armour and knee armour as standard.

Further help happens beneath the surface; for the first time, RST have incorporated an Infinite Armour system into these Kevlar motorcycle jeans. Rather than fix the knee armour in to one specific place, the Infinite armour system stores the knee armour in a removable pocket. This pocket features a heavy-duty Velcro fastening, allowing infinite adjustment up and down the selected area, allowing you to make sure the armour is in the most comfortable and effective place for you. RST have also included a handy printed ruler on the inside of the jean, letting you match each leg position perfectly. All the Velcro in these Kevlar jeans is housed within a long length cotton sleeve, ensuring that the Velcro is not rubbing against your skin when riding and improving rider comfort in the process.

The contrast stitched detailing along with folded outer seams help give these Kevlar motorcycle jeans a more casual appearance, more akin to a fashionable jean than a pair of motorcycle riding jeans. The tapered fit of the jeans means that the jeans become marginally narrower as they reach the ankle, offering a more fashionable, flattering fit.

Belt loops allow you to take up the slack with your own casual belt or add in the connection zipper belt from RST and zip the RST Single Layer Kevlar Jeans into your compatible RST jacket. The front features a zipper closure fly opening, complete with an RST branded fly button. You’ll also find a Jacron paper detail piece with printed RST branding too, helping you to stand out.
