Our Return Promise

We accept returns of unworn, undamaged merchandise with original tags and packaging within 15 days of delivery. Your satisfaction matters as much as the quality stitching in our leather jackets or the impact protection in our helmets.

Important:

For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Motorcycle Helmets (once removed from packaging)
  • Kevlar/Aramid Motorcycle Jeans (if the protective lining has been exposed)
  • Custom or Special Order Parts (including certain exhaust systems and luggage racks)
  • Opened Maintenance Products (oils, cleaners, etc.)

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer exchange or refund

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 24-48 hours, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number (RMA)
  • Prepaid return label (for defective items)
  • Instructions for self-shipping (for non-defective returns)

Step 3: Package & Ship

Securely repackage items with all original tags and packaging. Include the completed return form we provide. Ship to:

Step 4: Processing

Allow 3-5 business days for processing after we receive your return. We’ll email confirmation when complete.

Refund Information

Once approved, refunds are processed within 3 business days to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 2-3 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Need a different size in those Kevlar jeans or color in your gloves?

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly state your exchange preference
  3. We’ll ship the replacement once we receive your return

For faster service, you may place a new order and return the original separately.

International Returns

For riders outside the U.S.:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
  • Refunds exclude original shipping and any import duties

Damaged or Defective Items

If your crash protection gear arrives damaged or your Bluetooth headset is faulty:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include photos of the damage/defect
  3. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement
