Shipping Information
Rider’s Note: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
- Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days after dispatch)
Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary by destination.
Our Return Promise
We stand behind our gear like we stand behind every rider. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, our straightforward returns process will have you back on track faster than a pit stop.
We accept returns of unworn, undamaged merchandise with original tags and packaging within 15 days of delivery.
Important Safety Exceptions:
For your protection, we cannot accept returns on:
- Motorcycle Helmets (once removed from packaging)
- Kevlar/Aramid Motorcycle Jeans (if the protective lining has been exposed)
- Custom or Special Order Parts (including certain exhaust systems and luggage racks)
- Opened Maintenance Products (oils, cleaners, etc.)
How to Return an Item

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 24-48 hours, we’ll email you:
- Return authorization number (RMA)
- Prepaid return label (for defective items)
- Instructions for self-shipping (for non-defective returns)
Step 3: Package & Ship
Securely repackage items with all original tags and packaging. Include the completed return form we provide.

Step 4: Processing
Allow 3-5 business days for processing after we receive your return. We’ll email confirmation when complete.
Refund Information
Once approved, refunds are processed within 3 business days to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 2-3 business days
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Need a different size in those Kevlar jeans or color in your gloves?
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly state your exchange preference
- We’ll ship the replacement once we receive your return
For faster service, you may place a new order and return the original separately.
International Returns
For riders outside the U.S.:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- Refunds exclude original shipping and any import duties
Damaged or Defective Items
If your crash protection gear arrives damaged or your Bluetooth headset is faulty:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll provide a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement

For fastest service, include your order number in all communications and take clear photos of any issues before repackaging.
